warranty programs in the building industry. All of the mechanical systems and the
structural components of our homes are under warranty for one year from the date of
closing. This comprehensive coverage protects the
homeowner and gives them the peace of mind to know with certainty that any defects, which
might arise during this period, will be resolved in a professional manner.
The Johnson Group's quality control technician thoroughly
inspects every home prior to the customer's final walk through. During the walk through,
the customer service manager will list any problems and direct the proper person to
immediately correct any discrepancies.
Ninety days after the home is closed a
follow up inspection is done to make certain that any reasonable defects are corrected.
The customer is provided with a warranty service request
form to initiate the ninety-day service. Usually the only service required is cosmetic in
nature.
The warranty service request form is also used to request
the year-end follow-up service, which is another unique part of The Johnson Group's total
service program.
An informative handbook is given to all customers at
contract, which includes all the details about the warranty program. The extraordinary
